Everton left Molineux with all three points after a dramatic 3–2 victory over Wolves, a result that lifts the Toffees into the top five going into the international break.
First Half – Fast Start from Everton
The visitors wasted no time getting on the scoresheet. Beto opened the scoring inside the first ten minutes, finishing off a slick move that highlighted Everton’s attacking intent. Wolves responded quickly through Hwang Hee-Chan, who rose highest to nod home an equaliser and spark hope among the home fans.
That joy didn’t last long. Everton’s summer signing Iliman Ndiaye curled in a superb finish to restore the lead before the break, capping off a strong first-half performance.
Second Half – Dewsbury-Hall Delivers
After the restart, Everton pushed to kill the game off and found their moment when Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall struck a stunning effort into the top corner. It was his first league goal for the club and underlined his growing influence in midfield.
Wolves Fight Back Late
To their credit, Wolves refused to fold. Rodrigo Gomes pulled one back in the 79th minute, setting up a tense finale. The hosts piled forward in stoppage time but couldn’t break through Everton’s defence.
